Well I made it through the 2nd time and am happy with the weight loss. My goal was to lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks. My wight to date is 233 pounds. When I started I was 248.5 pounds, I lost a total of 15.5 pounds at the end of the whole 6 weeks. I will keep this blog up and add some more info and videos of tips and tricks. So that this blog can be used a tool to anyone who wants to try the hCG protocol for their self.
Check this site often I will add more info as I have time too.

Day 40 of my hCG protocol
I have not been able to post anything for the last 6 day. I will give the update and finish out the next 2 days. I am still plaining on shooting some videos of tricks and tips. I will work on these videos next week and try to have them up by next weekend.
My current wight as of 4-14-12 is 233 pounds I have been maintaing that wight for the past 5days. I am starting my workouts this week. And hope to get down to 225 pounds and maintain that wight from here on out.
If anyone is interested in me sharing this, let me know! I am thinking about posting and tracking my workout goals and progress. Possible sharing my workout programs and diet along the way. Using this blog as helped with the hCG diet protocol have accountability and motivation. So Im thinking this may be good as I transition to the next phase of my diet and exercise regiment as well.

Day 34 of my hCG diet protocol
Weigh in today 232. Happy Easter everyone!! Today I will try to stay some what disaplined we have a family dinner to go to. I know there is going to be some good desert stuff and ham and cheese potatoes which is the best.
Breakfast: 2 eggs and 2 sausage, 1/2 grapefruit.
Lunch: I gave in ham and cheese potatoes, beans, broccoli salad.
Dinner: Chicken vegetable soup.
10 cups of water, 4 cups of coffee.

Weigh in today 232 pounds.
Breakfast: Barry protein smoothy, 24 oz coffee.
Lunch: tuna sandwich on sprouted wheat bread with lettuce and tomato, 1 apple.
Dinner: 4oz grilled chicken with steamed cabbage.
8 cups of water, 4 cups of coffee through out the day.

Day 32 of my 6 week diet protocol
Weigh in today 231.8 pounds
Breakfast: 2 eggs, fruit salad.
Lunch: 1 can of tuna on sprouted toast, 1 orange.
Dinner: 4oz of ground turkey onion soup, 1 cup slice strawberry.
10 cups of water

Weigh into day 232 pounds up 1 pound from yesterday.
Breakfast: Barry protein smoothing.
Lunch: 1 cup Beef cabbage soup.
Dinner: 4oz backed chicken, rosted asparagus.
12 cups of water today and 3 cups of coffee.
Breakfast: Barry protein smoothing.
Lunch: 1 cup Beef cabbage soup.

Day 30 of my hCG diet protocol
Weigh in today 231.5 pounds this will be the wight that I all try to mantain as I finish out the maintenance phase of this hCG diet protocol. I have been busy with work the last 2 weeks and have been getting behind on these post, sorry about that guys. I will cover the last 3 day today.
Breakfast: Sprouted wheat bagel, with low fat cream cheese, 1/2 cup blue berries. 24 ounce black coffee.
Lunch: Chicken salad with olive oil and vinegar. 1 apple.
Dinner: 4 oz talapia grilled fish, and steamed broccoli.
Only 8 cups of water today.

Lunch: In n Out, double single bun-less hamburger, with extra tomato no sauce only ketchup and mustered.
Dinner: Ground beef tacos on sprouted wheats tortillas.
Desert: Strawberries with sugar-free cool whip.
9 cups of water, 3 cups of coffee.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices sprouted wheat bread, 1/2 grapefruit.

Day 27 of my hCG diet protocol
Weigh in today 231 pounds feeing good this may be my base line this time around. I will try to hold this wight going into a standard work out and diet regiment.
Breakfast: Protein barry smoothie,
Lunch: Chicken veggie bowl, fruit salad.
Dinner: 8 oz steak, roasted asparagus.
12 cups of water and 3 cups of coffee.
Day 26 of my hCG diet protocol
Wight in final back home got my scale. Coming into today at 231 pounds when in this phase there is some variation in weight this is normal with in a few pounds. If I keep seeing gain I will have to do a apple or a steak day.
Breakfast: 2 links of Sausage, and a serving of eggbeaters with salsa.
Lunch: 2 roasted chicken drumsticks, and coleslaw, 1 apple.
Dinner: 6oz of grilled red snapper fish.
Only drank about 6 cups of water today.
