Day 27 of my hCG diet protocol
Weigh in today 231 pounds feeing good this may be my base line this time around. I will try to hold this wight going into a standard work out and diet regiment.
Breakfast: Protein barry smoothie,
Lunch: Chicken veggie bowl, fruit salad.
Dinner: 8 oz steak, roasted asparagus.
12 cups of water and 3 cups of coffee.
