Day 30 of my hCG diet protocol

Weigh in today 231.5 pounds this will be the wight that I all try to mantain as I finish out the maintenance phase of this hCG diet protocol. I have been busy with work the last 2 weeks and have been getting behind on these post, sorry about that guys. I will cover the last 3 day today.

Breakfast: Sprouted wheat bagel, with low fat cream cheese, 1/2 cup blue berries. 24 ounce black coffee.

Lunch: Chicken salad with olive oil and vinegar. 1 apple.

Dinner: 4 oz talapia grilled fish, and steamed broccoli.

Only 8 cups of water today.
