Wight in final back home got my scale. Coming into today at 231 pounds when in this phase there is some variation in weight this is normal with in a few pounds. If I keep seeing gain I will have to do a apple or a steak day.
Breakfast: 2 links of Sausage, and a serving of eggbeaters with salsa.
Lunch: 2 roasted chicken drumsticks, and coleslaw, 1 apple.
Dinner: 6oz of grilled red snapper fish.
Only drank about 6 cups of water today.
