Weigh in today 232. Happy Easter everyone!! Today I will try to stay some what disaplined we have a family dinner to go to. I know there is going to be some good desert stuff and ham and cheese potatoes which is the best.
Breakfast: 2 eggs and 2 sausage, 1/2 grapefruit.
Lunch: I gave in ham and cheese potatoes, beans, broccoli salad.
Dinner: Chicken vegetable soup.
10 cups of water, 4 cups of coffee.
