Day 28 of my hCG diet protocol

Weigh in today 231.5 pounds.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices sprouted wheat bread, 1/2 grapefruit.

Lunch: In n Out, double single bun-less hamburger, with extra tomato no sauce only ketchup and mustered.

Dinner: Ground beef tacos on sprouted wheats tortillas.

Desert: Strawberries with sugar-free cool whip.  

9 cups of water, 3 cups of coffee.
