I have not been able to post anything for the last 6 day. I will give the update and finish out the next 2 days. I am still plaining on shooting some videos of tricks and tips. I will work on these videos next week and try to have them up by next weekend.
My current wight as of 4-14-12 is 233 pounds I have been maintaing that wight for the past 5days. I am starting my workouts this week. And hope to get down to 225 pounds and maintain that wight from here on out.
If anyone is interested in me sharing this, let me know! I am thinking about posting and tracking my workout goals and progress. Possible sharing my workout programs and diet along the way. Using this blog as helped with the hCG diet protocol have accountability and motivation. So Im thinking this may be good as I transition to the next phase of my diet and exercise regiment as well.
