Day 33 of my 6 week hCG diet protocol

Weigh in today 232 pounds.

Breakfast: Barry protein smoothy, 24 oz coffee.

Lunch: tuna sandwich on sprouted wheat bread with lettuce and tomato, 1 apple.

Dinner: 4oz grilled chicken with steamed cabbage.

8 cups of water, 4 cups of coffee through out the day.
