Day 32 of my 6 week diet protocol

Weigh in today 231.8 pounds

Breakfast: 2 eggs, fruit salad.

Lunch: 1 can of tuna on sprouted toast, 1 orange.

Dinner: 4oz of ground turkey onion soup, 1 cup slice strawberry.

10 cups of water
