Day 25 of my hCG diet protocol

No weigh in today I'm on the road on a trip.

Breakfast: 1 slice of bacon, 2 eggs.

Lunch: Chicken salad, with light vinaigrette.

Dinner: Baked white fish, and roasted asparagus, 1 slice of sprouted wheat bread.

Only about 8 cups of water today.  

Day 24 of my hCG diet protocol

Having a hard time keeping up with the blog so I am posting the last 2 days now. Third day off the www.fastdrophcg.com product.

Weigh in today 230.5 pounds up .50 pounds. Last time I went up up and downs a few pounds in this phase last time. I'm not worried just yet my hunger is cut in half I would say. Even though I can eat more I have not felt like I eating a whole lot.

Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1 slice of sprouted wheat bread, 24 ounce coffee.

Lunch: Bun-less In n Out double hamburger, 1 Apple.

Dinner: 8oz t-bon steaks, 1 cup of broccoli.

12 cups of water.

Day 23 of my hCG diet protocol

Now today is the last day for real of the vary low calorie part of this protocol!

Wight into day 230 pounds no loss from yesterday but 18.5 pounds is really good I would say for 23 day.

Breakfast: 2 egg whites with spouted wheat bread.

Lunch: 3.5 ounce of canned white tuna on 2 celery sticks.

Dinner: Lean beef vegetable stir fry. 1/2 cup of strawberries.

12 cups of water throughout the day.  

Day 22 of my 6 week hCG diet

My wife reminded me that that the protocol requires 2 more days of the vary low calories not taking the fast drop hCG. So I have 2 more days I was so looking forward to some good food. what is 2 more days at this point in the game.

Weigh in 230 pounds, its officially now 18 pounds I am down from when I started just 22 days ago.

Breakfast: 1 apple, 24 ounces of coffee.

Lunch: Ground turkey cooked in tomato sauce over sprouted wheat toast.

Dinner: Ground chicken and cabbage soup. 1 small orange.

10 cups of water, 2 cups coffee throughout the day.

This is the last day of the vary low calories, I get to eat some food tomorrow yea!

Weigh in 231.5 pounds no loss from yesterday.

Breakfast: 1/2 grape fruit and sprouted wheat bread, 24 ounces of coffee.

Lunch: Chicken salad on celery, 1 apple.

Dinner: imitation crab salad, with 1 egg white.

12 cups of water, 3 cups of coffee.

Day 20 of my 6 week hCG diet

Weigh in today after the stake day 231.5. down .5 pounds.

Feeling the strain of the low calories want some fried food like fish and chips. Fried food, is what I am graving the most not so much the sweet stuff just the fatty greasy food. So here is the list of what I eat today after my limited day from the day before.

Breakfast: 24 oz coffee, 1 oranges.

Lunch: 3 ounces precooked chicken strips boneless skinless, 4 sweet cherry peppers.

Dinner: 3 ounces Tuna fish on celery, 1 Apples.  


Day 19 of hCG diet protocol

Weigh into 232 pounds no lose today doing the 1 stake day from dinner.

Dinner: 8oz lean sirloin steake

12 cups water, 2 cups coffee.

Day 18 of my 6 week hCG protocol

Catching up on the last few days been unable to get these up.

Weight in today 232 pounds bouncing around a bit if I don't have any loss tomorrow I will follow the protocol and due a steak only day for dinner or a 3 apple day.

Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: Lean ham salad from subway with 2TBS sweet onion dressing.

Dinner: White fish, steamed cabbage. 1 apple.

Day 17 of my week hCG diet

Im late getting this up sorry about that.

Weigh in today 231.5 pounds no lose from yesterday.

Breakfast: 24 ounces coffee black, 1/2 grapefruit.

Lunch: 3oz canned chicken breast on celery sticks. Made with mustered and 1tsp light mayo chapped onion, 1 large apple.

Dinner: 3oz cut thin lean stake, roasted asparagus with garlic salt and pepper. Sprouted wheat bread with spy butter.

Weigh in today 231.5 down 1.5 pounds from yesterday!

Well its safe to say it's working all my pants are bigger on me now, my belt has move to holes. This week people at work have been noticing the weight loss. Feeling good knowing that I have already reached my goal only 16 days into my 6week hCG protocol

Breakfast: 24oz black coffee, 1/2 grapefruit.

Lunch: Chicken grilled veggie

Dinner: White fish gilled with broccoli, 1 small orange, 1 slice sprouted wheat bread.

16 cups of water and 4 cups of coffee through out the day.

Weigh in today, 233 pounds down 2.5 pounds from yesterday!

Feeling strong knowing that I am almost done with the low calories part!

Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 24 ounces coffee.

Lunch: Beef and cabbage soup, Apple, Diet coke.

Dinner: Pork and roasted peppers, over spouted wheat bread, small orange.

Weigh in today no weight loss from yesterday.

Breakfast: 24oz coffee

Lunch: McDonalds side salad with a checking breast, 2 tbs of their light vinaigrette.

Dinner: White fish 3 ounces grilled, roosted zucchini, apple.

Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake Dessert see recipes 


12 cups of water, and 3 cups of black coffee.


So far I have lost 12.5 pound is just 2 weeks. I have one more week to go until I can up my calories? Im only 2.5 pounds away from my goal on this round.

Day 13 of the week hCG diet protocol

Weigh in today 235.5 down .8 ounces from yesterday.

Feeling the strain for eating the restricted menu. I want some fried food bad, french fires onion rings, something along those lines. One things that helps, on this diet is the you see weight lose, almost everyday. That tends to help your motivation a lot.  So hear is my food list of everything I eat yesterday.

Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 24 oz black coffee.

Lunch: Apple,

Dinner: 6oz lean stake, rosted asparagus with garlic.  

8 cups of water, 1 diet coke.

DAY 12 of the hCG diet protocol

Weigh in today 235.8 1.5 pounds!

Finally some movement this week. I have been having a hard time wanting some bread and sweets the last few days. But have made it through so far so good.

Breakfast: Coffee,

Lunch: Leftover Chicken enchiladas, made with sprouted wheat tortilla, green apple.


Dinner: Red snapper fish, broccoli with lemon. 


Desert: 1/2 cup raspberries.

Had 12 cups of water, 3 cups of coffee through out the day, 1 diet coke with dinner.

Lunch: 1/2 can albacore tuna on 2 sticks of celery.

Day 10 of the 6 week hCG diet


Weigh in today 237 pounds did not go down from yesterday. 
When I was on the protocol  before there where a few days where I would not see anything on the scale, then the next day of so I would have a 3 pound loss. So I am not worried at this point I will see what tomorrow brings. Then figure out what I need to I adjust if anything.  
Breakfast: Half a grapefruit, Tall coffee. 
Lunch: precooked chick breast strips, 4 sweet cherry peppers.
Dinner: Ground turkey cabbage soup.
Dessert: 4 large strawberries.     
12 cups of water through out the day. 4 cups of coffee as well. Today was easy felt good hunger under control all day.

Weigh in this morning 237 down 1 whole pound from yesterday!
Running late did not have time to get my lunch together subway salad to the rescue!
Breakfast: 24 ounce coffee, 1 orange.
Lunch: Subway spinach stake salad, With 1 TBS of raspberry vinaigrette, 1 small Apple.
Dinner: Turkey burger protein style no bun wrapped in lettuce, with tomato and pickle mustered and catchup. 
Only 9 cups of water today, 4 cups of coffee, 
Hunger was fine all day today no problem today may have over steeped with the dressing but we will see tomorrow.

Day 8 of my hCG six week diet protocol



Wight in this morning 238 pounds down .8 from yesterday.
Only 13 more days to go till the maintenance phase. I be able to eat a lot more calories can’t wait!
I’ve been tired all day today woke up late mainly due to the time change. Losing an hour over the weekend really makes a difference. Other then that, it was pretty good. Hunger was in check most of the day, was able to walk past cookies and brownies in the office. Not even tempted. I know I’m going to hit my goal and don’t that to hinder that. 
Breakfast: Half a grapefruit, 24 ounces of black coffee with Stevia sweetener.

Lunch: IN n Out hamburger protein style no bun raw onions extra tomato ketchup mustard only.
Dinner: Chicken salad with 3oz boneless skinless chicken breast, one hard-boiled egg white, Apple cider vinegar for dressing. 
Dessert: One piece of Ezekiel bread toasted, with cut up 3 strawberries over the top like strawberry shortcake. 
Total 10 cups of water and 2 cups of tea, 2 cups of black coffee through out the day.

Day 7 of week week hCG protocol.


 Day 7 of my 6 week hCG protocol.
Weight in 238.8 pounds, 1.7 pounds from yesterday! 
Breakfast: 24 ounces of black coffee with Stevia sweetener, 1/2 Grapefruit.
 Lunch: 3 ounces of canned chicken breast, half cup diced celery, chopped onion,  2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
Dinner: 4 ounces flank steak, 1 cup of steamed broccoli with lemon. 
Dessert: 1 midsize Apple.
Today was really hard felt hungry most of the day one reason may be that I wasn’t drinking enough water today.Was really craving something sweet all day!

Day 6 of my 6 week hCG diet!


Weigh in this morning 240.5 pounds down 1.5 pounds from yesterday.
Breakfast:
Quarter cup egg beaters, caramelized onions and bell peppers, but for tomato slices on top, and 2 tablespoons of salsa, 24 ounces of black coffee.
Lunch: 
Medium-size apple.
Dinner: 
Spinach salad, 3 ounces of ground turkey cooked with taco seasoning cucumbers,  onions and Tapatio Hot Sauce. 
Dessert:
Half cup blueberries.
Hunger was manageable all day today a drink 12 cups of water throughout the day ended the day with some decaf green tea.

Day 5 of my hCG 6 week protocol

Weigh in today 242 down 2 pound form yesterday.

Hunger was fine until about 3pm felt tired and hungry. Had to have a diet coke to help the weakness. Made it to dinner and once I ate. I was fine for the rest of the night.

On to my meals, I find eating on this protocol easy just think of it this way. You get 2 lean proteins. 2 fruits, and 2 vegetables, 1 piece of sprouted wheet bread a day. So just figure out what you want to pare up. Even if you have to eat out or grab something on the road, its still simple. I like subway you can get their salads for $5. Just get 1 TBS of olive oil and 2 TBS of vinegar for dressing avoid the cheese and you have a fast easy meal. You can also go to any of the fast food chains and get their side salad with no carrots and ask for a skinless chicken breast on it. Stay away from creamy and mayo based dressings use lemons or light vinaigrette only 1 Tbs of for taste accent.

Todays meals:

Breakfast: 24oz coffee with Stevia sweetener, 1 grapefruit, 

Lunch: 3oz of pre-cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, 3 sweet cherry peppers.

Dinner: Subway stake salad, 1 TBS olive oil, 2 TBS of vinegar.

Dessert: One slice of Ezekiel bread toasted crumbled up with strawberries on top.

Day 4 of my hCG 6 week diet


Weigh-in this morning to 244 pounds down 3 lbs. 5 oz. from yesterday!
 Breakfast: 24 ounces of coffee which Stevia sweetened, one medium-size apple.
 Lunch: Subway turkey spinach salad, 1 tablespoon of vinaigrette dressing.
 Dinner: 3 ounces pork loin, 1 cup of steamed broccoli, one slice of Ezekiel bread, 2 sweet cherry peppers

Dessert: 2 little cuties tangerines,
 Throughout the day: 12 cups of water, 2 cups of coffee, 
 Days Overview:  Today my hunger was fine until about 3:30pm.  Drank 2 cups of water  to help younger. Had to fight temptation to eat chocolate that was open an office. Made it through the day. After dinner and cup of tea feeling pretty good.

Day 3 of my 6 week hCG diet

Waiting this morning 247.5 pounds;  down .5 before the binge days!

Breakfast:  24 ounces coffee black with Stevia sweetener.

 lunch:  1/2 a can of albacore tuna,  over 4 ounces of spinach,  2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
1 tangerine.

Dinner:  3 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts,  1 sliced vine ripe tomato,  one sliced apple,  one                  slice of Ezekiel bread with 0 cal spray butter.

 Throughout the day:
10 glasses of water,  for cups of coffee black with no  sweetener.

 How the day went:
 Today was pretty easy hunger was very manageable.  Also helped that today was a busy day at work.
 Had pretty good energy all day mind was clear  overall a good day for day number 2 of the very low   calorie portion.

 That's it for tonight hopefully will have good numbers tomorrow, I pray that tomorrow is as easy as today.

Day 3:


First day on the vary low calorie portion of the protocol. I felt good all day it help that I ate like a pig the day before! 
500 calories a day goes fast this is what I ate today:
Breakfast: 24oz coffee black, 
Lunch: 3 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast, apple, 3 sweet cherry peppers.
Dinner: 3 ounces of talipia fish, 5oz romaine lettuce with wishbone spritzer dressing,
Desert: Toasted ezekiel bread crumbled up with 3ounces of strawberries on top (like a strawberry shortcake). 
I drank over 10 cups of water per the protocol, 2 more cups of coffee throughout the day.            
Todays stats:
I weighed in at 249 pounds this morning, I'm up .50 ounces from where I started. Not to bad considering what I ate the last 2 days. I will see where I weigh in at in the morning after todays progress.

Day 2


I weighed in this morning at 248 down .50 ounces from yesterday believe it or not. 
I’m sick of eating I have been eating a tone of stuff all day. Here is a break down of my last binge day to finish this part of the protocol.
Breakfast: 2 Sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, 1 hash brown, 24oz caffe with cream.
Snak: 2 ounces of cheese, more caffe, hand full of almonds.
Lunch: Fried chicken mash potatoes, 2 20oz coke, 2 scoop ice cream cone;
Dinner: Mexican food, Chicken burrito, Chips and salsa. 2 beers;
Desert: Huge slice of Chocolate cake;
I will share tomorrows vary low calorie day. I am working on a video that I will share some things I have found that help on my first time around.

Starting the HCG protocol.

 Week 1:

Just opened my bottle of hCG this is a homeopathic sublingual product that I purchased from  fastdrophcg.com. This is the same brand and product that we used last year and had great success.  So I am using it again.  I will do 15 drops in the morning and another 15 drops before bed. If you decide to do this when taking the drops make sure  you look in the mirror as you administered the drops. Found out the hard way if you don't watch you think you can count  by feel you're wrong. You will end up using double the amount and not have enough product to finish the protocol. So use a mirror and watch each drop from the dropper.

So the 1st 2 days on the drops are the pigging out days! This part is easest part for me! Everything I have read on this says it's an important step to ramp up your metabolism and set a marker for the protocol to work. There is some truth to ramping up your metabolism by a short binge period this is a method used in bodybuilding.

There are a lot of articles and books written about anabolic diets. The protocol that I used when I was bodybuilding would be 3 days of really high calories followed by 7 days of clean low carbohydrate  reduced calorie meals. Then repeat the process for 6 to 8 weeks. When I would use a anabolic diet like that I would gain the muscle with little or no fat gain.  It was easy to follow and I found it very effective for gaining the muscle mass. But enough about that  let's get into what I ate today starting my 6 week protocol.

Breakfast:


 Waffles and bacon, coffee and cream.

Midmorning snack:


 Nachos and chocolate milk.

 Lunch:


 In n out double double cheeseburger, fries and a Coke.

 Midday snack:

 Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, milk, Girl Scout cookies.

 Dinner:


  Pork ribs, french fries, garden salad with ranch dressing, corn on the cob, French bread.

 Dessert:
 Fudge brownie sundae with whipped cream and chopped almonds.

Current body weight when I weighed in this morning was 248.5 pounds. I will hop on the scale tomorrow morning  I record my weight.
