Now today is the last day for real of the vary low calorie part of this protocol!
Wight into day 230 pounds no loss from yesterday but 18.5 pounds is really good I would say for 23 day.
Breakfast: 2 egg whites with spouted wheat bread.
Lunch: 3.5 ounce of canned white tuna on 2 celery sticks.
Dinner: Lean beef vegetable stir fry. 1/2 cup of strawberries.
12 cups of water throughout the day.
