Weigh in today, 233 pounds down 2.5 pounds from yesterday!
Feeling strong knowing that I am almost done with the low calories part!
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 24 ounces coffee.
Lunch: Beef and cabbage soup, Apple, Diet coke.
Dinner: Pork and roasted peppers, over spouted wheat bread, small orange.
