Weigh-in this morning to 244 pounds down 3 lbs. 5 oz. from yesterday!
Breakfast: 24 ounces of coffee which Stevia sweetened, one medium-size apple.
Lunch: Subway turkey spinach salad, 1 tablespoon of vinaigrette dressing.
Dinner: 3 ounces pork loin, 1 cup of steamed broccoli, one slice of Ezekiel bread, 2 sweet cherry peppers
Dessert: 2 little cuties tangerines,
Throughout the day: 12 cups of water, 2 cups of coffee,
Days Overview: Today my hunger was fine until about 3:30pm. Drank 2 cups of water to help younger. Had to fight temptation to eat chocolate that was open an office. Made it through the day. After dinner and cup of tea feeling pretty good.
