Im late getting this up sorry about that.
Weigh in today 231.5 pounds no lose from yesterday.
Breakfast: 24 ounces coffee black, 1/2 grapefruit.
Lunch: 3oz canned chicken breast on celery sticks. Made with mustered and 1tsp light mayo chapped onion, 1 large apple.
Dinner: 3oz cut thin lean stake, roasted asparagus with garlic salt and pepper. Sprouted wheat bread with spy butter.
