Day 2


I weighed in this morning at 248 down .50 ounces from yesterday believe it or not. 
I’m sick of eating I have been eating a tone of stuff all day. Here is a break down of my last binge day to finish this part of the protocol.
Breakfast: 2 Sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, 1 hash brown, 24oz caffe with cream.
Snak: 2 ounces of cheese, more caffe, hand full of almonds.
Lunch: Fried chicken mash potatoes, 2 20oz coke, 2 scoop ice cream cone;
Dinner: Mexican food, Chicken burrito, Chips and salsa. 2 beers;
Desert: Huge slice of Chocolate cake;
I will share tomorrows vary low calorie day. I am working on a video that I will share some things I have found that help on my first time around.
