Day 21 of my hCG diet protocol

This is the last day of the vary low calories, I get to eat some food tomorrow yea!

Weigh in 231.5 pounds no loss from yesterday.

Breakfast: 1/2 grape fruit and sprouted wheat bread, 24 ounces of coffee.

Lunch: Chicken salad on celery, 1 apple.

Dinner: imitation crab salad, with 1 egg white.

12 cups of water, 3 cups of coffee.
