Breakfast: 1/2 grape fruit and sprouted wheat bread, 24 ounces of coffee.
Lunch: Chicken salad on celery, 1 apple.
Dinner: imitation crab salad, with 1 egg white.
12 cups of water, 3 cups of coffee.
