Weigh in this morning 237 down 1 whole pound from yesterday!
Running late did not have time to get my lunch together subway salad to the rescue!
Breakfast: 24 ounce coffee, 1 orange.
Lunch: Subway spinach stake salad, With 1 TBS of raspberry vinaigrette, 1 small Apple.
Dinner: Turkey burger protein style no bun wrapped in lettuce, with tomato and pickle mustered and catchup.
Only 9 cups of water today, 4 cups of coffee,
Hunger was fine all day today no problem today may have over steeped with the dressing but we will see tomorrow.
