Weigh in today 235.8 1.5 pounds!
Finally some movement this week. I have been having a hard time wanting some bread and sweets the last few days. But have made it through so far so good.
Breakfast: Coffee,
Lunch: Leftover Chicken enchiladas, made with sprouted wheat tortilla, green apple.
Dinner: Red snapper fish, broccoli with lemon.
Desert: 1/2 cup raspberries.
Had 12 cups of water, 3 cups of coffee through out the day, 1 diet coke with dinner.
