Weigh in today 235.5 down .8 ounces from yesterday.
Feeling the strain for eating the restricted menu. I want some fried food bad, french fires onion rings, something along those lines. One things that helps, on this diet is the you see weight lose, almost everyday. That tends to help your motivation a lot. So hear is my food list of everything I eat yesterday.
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 24 oz black coffee.
Lunch: Apple,
Dinner: 6oz lean stake, rosted asparagus with garlic.
8 cups of water, 1 diet coke.
