Weigh in today 237 pounds did not go down from yesterday.
When I was on the protocol before there where a few days where I would not see anything on the scale, then the next day of so I would have a 3 pound loss. So I am not worried at this point I will see what tomorrow brings. Then figure out what I need to I adjust if anything.
Breakfast: Half a grapefruit, Tall coffee.
Lunch: precooked chick breast strips, 4 sweet cherry peppers.
Dinner: Ground turkey cabbage soup.
Dessert: 4 large strawberries.
12 cups of water through out the day. 4 cups of coffee as well. Today was easy felt good hunger under control all day.
