Weigh in today 242 down 2 pound form yesterday.
Hunger was fine until about 3pm felt tired and hungry. Had to have a diet coke to help the weakness. Made it to dinner and once I ate. I was fine for the rest of the night.
On to my meals, I find eating on this protocol easy just think of it this way. You get 2 lean proteins. 2 fruits, and 2 vegetables, 1 piece of sprouted wheet bread a day. So just figure out what you want to pare up. Even if you have to eat out or grab something on the road, its still simple. I like subway you can get their salads for $5. Just get 1 TBS of olive oil and 2 TBS of vinegar for dressing avoid the cheese and you have a fast easy meal. You can also go to any of the fast food chains and get their side salad with no carrots and ask for a skinless chicken breast on it. Stay away from creamy and mayo based dressings use lemons or light vinaigrette only 1 Tbs of for taste accent.
Todays meals:
Breakfast: 24oz coffee with Stevia sweetener, 1 grapefruit,
Lunch: 3oz of pre-cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, 3 sweet cherry peppers.
Dinner: Subway stake salad, 1 TBS olive oil, 2 TBS of vinegar.
Dessert: One slice of Ezekiel bread toasted crumbled up with strawberries on top.
