Day 3 of my 6 week hCG diet

Waiting this morning 247.5 pounds;  down .5 before the binge days!

Breakfast:  24 ounces coffee black with Stevia sweetener.

 lunch:  1/2 a can of albacore tuna,  over 4 ounces of spinach,  2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
1 tangerine.

Dinner:  3 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts,  1 sliced vine ripe tomato,  one sliced apple,  one                  slice of Ezekiel bread with 0 cal spray butter.

 Throughout the day:
10 glasses of water,  for cups of coffee black with no  sweetener.

 How the day went:
 Today was pretty easy hunger was very manageable.  Also helped that today was a busy day at work.
 Had pretty good energy all day mind was clear  overall a good day for day number 2 of the very low   calorie portion.

 That's it for tonight hopefully will have good numbers tomorrow, I pray that tomorrow is as easy as today.
