Weigh in today 231.5 down 1.5 pounds from yesterday!
Well its safe to say it's working all my pants are bigger on me now, my belt has move to holes. This week people at work have been noticing the weight loss. Feeling good knowing that I have already reached my goal only 16 days into my 6week hCG protocol
Breakfast: 24oz black coffee, 1/2 grapefruit.
Lunch: Chicken grilled veggie
Dinner: White fish gilled with broccoli, 1 small orange, 1 slice sprouted wheat bread.
16 cups of water and 4 cups of coffee through out the day.
