Weigh in today after the stake day 231.5. down .5 pounds.
Feeling the strain of the low calories want some fried food like fish and chips. Fried food, is what I am graving the most not so much the sweet stuff just the fatty greasy food. So here is the list of what I eat today after my limited day from the day before.
Breakfast: 24 oz coffee, 1 oranges.
Lunch: 3 ounces precooked chicken strips boneless skinless, 4 sweet cherry peppers.
Dinner: 3 ounces Tuna fish on celery, 1 Apples.
