Having a hard time keeping up with the blog so I am posting the last 2 days now. Third day off the www.fastdrophcg.com product.
Weigh in today 230.5 pounds up .50 pounds. Last time I went up up and downs a few pounds in this phase last time. I'm not worried just yet my hunger is cut in half I would say. Even though I can eat more I have not felt like I eating a whole lot.
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1 slice of sprouted wheat bread, 24 ounce coffee.
Lunch: Bun-less In n Out double hamburger, 1 Apple.
Dinner: 8oz t-bon steaks, 1 cup of broccoli.
12 cups of water.
