Day 7 of my 6 week hCG protocol.
Weight in 238.8 pounds, 1.7 pounds from yesterday!
Breakfast: 24 ounces of black coffee with Stevia sweetener, 1/2 Grapefruit.
Lunch: 3 ounces of canned chicken breast, half cup diced celery, chopped onion, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar.
Dinner: 4 ounces flank steak, 1 cup of steamed broccoli with lemon.
Dessert: 1 midsize Apple.
Today was really hard felt hungry most of the day one reason may be that I wasn’t drinking enough water today.Was really craving something sweet all day!
