Weigh in today no weight loss from yesterday.
Breakfast: 24oz coffee
Lunch: McDonalds side salad with a checking breast, 2 tbs of their light vinaigrette.
Dinner: White fish 3 ounces grilled, roosted zucchini, apple.

12 cups of water, and 3 cups of black coffee.
So far I have lost 12.5 pound is just 2 weeks. I have one more week to go until I can up my calories? Im only 2.5 pounds away from my goal on this round.
